Neck Sheath for CRKT RSK Mk5
I've mentioned in my previous blog post that I'd make a neck sheath for my CRKT RSK Mk5 knife. Well, here it is - my second stitching project.
I made the sheath out of a lady's handbag that I bought from a thrift store for 2 dollars. It's cheaper than buying leather from a leather supplier.
The small knife inserted in the sheath with a small firesteel. I honestly think this sheath is much better than the pouch I made for my BIC lighter. The stitches are much straighter now and I put eyelets for the paracord to hang on my neck.
A closer view of the knife and firesteel inside the sheath.
I like this sheath. It's hardly noticeable when I wear it behind my clothing. Even when its outside my clothing, you would hardly know that there's a knife in there.
Excellent...nice and simple just like the knife. thx for sharing.
